Five years ago today, I started this blog! This isn’t the first blog I ever started; I’ve had both Xanga and Blogspot blogs, but this WordPress blog is obviously the one I’ve stuck with the longest, and now that my blog is self-hosted, I definitely won’t be going anywhere for a while.
It’s crazy to think about where I was and what I wrote about when I started this blog. I was only 25 years old and getting ready to graduate college while also dealing with constant boy drama on the side. Now I’m 30 years old, I have a full time job, I’m happily married, and currently planning for a house and kids. Crazy how much my life has changed over the years and how much of those changes have been documented here on this little corner of the internet.
I am so grateful for this blog and how it has served as a place for me to vent and collect my thoughts when I needed it most. I’m also so grateful for all the people who read this blog, which is why I want to do my first ever blog giveaway to celebrate my 5 year blogiversary and reward one of you for following along!
I thought long and hard about what kind of prize I wanted to giveaway. I figured it should have something to do with one of the topics I write about often, so since I’ve been sharing a lot about my fitness goals/progress lately, I thought I’d give away a $25 Lululemon gift card! If you’ve been reading here for a while, you probably know that I love yoga. Plus, Lululemon sells super cute, comfy workout clothing that can be used for yoga or any workout!
